Celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month under the theme “Hope Over Fear,” the Ghana International School community is coming together throughout October to raise awareness, show solidarity, and promote early detection.
Wearing pink, distributing ribbons, and filling our Wall of Hope, staff and students are honouring those affected while learning the importance of awareness and self-care.
Hosting inspiring sessions with Dr. Vanessa Apea ( From the Accra London Health Centre) and Mrs. Bianca Gambrah, organising free breast screenings, and leading student presentations at assemblies, GIS is fostering a culture of compassion and wellness through every activity.
Standing united in pink, we continue spreading hope over fear, one act of awareness at a time.
