PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ghana) and Ghana International School have come together to collaborate on a corporate social responsibility engagement involving a 3-year professional development (PD) programme for public school leaders and teachers.
This partnership is under the theme “Promoting Quality and Inclusive Education In Ghanaian Public Schools: A PwC-GIS School Leader /Teacher Training & Mentorship Programme”.
Both organizations appreciate their social responsibility in positively impacting Ghana’s education sector standards – especially concerning teacher training and development opportunities. From a GIS perspective, this will be in line with the school’s Strategic Goal (No. 5, 2017-2021), which expects the School to ‘make an impact in its community through service‘.
The Teacher Training and Mentorship Programme is scheduled to commence this Saturday, 27th November 2021 for some selected public school leaders and teachers. We wish them the very best as we all work towards promoting quality education in Ghanaian public schools.
