The International Trade Mark Association (INTA), through its consumer awareness initiative, “The Unreal Campaign” educates young consumers between the ages of 14 and 23 about the importance of Trademarks and Brands and the dangers of purchasing counterfeit products.

On Friday 14th October 2022, members of the INTA were invited to our Secondary School campus to conduct a free Unreal Campaign presentation to students. Learners were educated on the impact of counterfeit goods on themselves, their friends, families and the community. During the session, students were fully engaged and had the opportunity to ask many questions in relation to the presentation. They were able to tell real brands from fake ones on the market. They left with so much information at the end of the presentation knowing full well how to be smart consumers.
