We at GIS are so proud to announce that out of 53 students who were shortlisted across Ghana for this year’s 12th National Toyota_Dream Car Art Contest, two of our students Megan Tang and Joy Adjei-Bisa emerged winners picking up the Gold and Silver awards respectively.
The National Awards ceremony which took place over the weekend was attended by Mr Sulemana Abdul Rauf, a GIS Art Teacher and all 14 of our students who emerged finalists. All our finalists including winners received prizes as well as certificates of participation.
At a recently organized Secondary School assembly, Mr Amponsah-Mensah (Vice Principal for Upper Secondary) and Ms Abbeyquaye (Vice Principal for Lower Secondary) both took turns to congratulate students for a job well done. Congratulations Team-GIS! We are so proud of you.
We wish Meghan and Joy all the best and hope they get to represent GIS and Ghana at the Toyota World contest in Japan this year.
