To mark International Day for the Eradication of Poverty -End Poverty Day (EPD) 2019, the World Bank in conjunction with the United Nations hosted several events in various countries around the World under the theme “Ending Learning Poverty – Getting every child to read and understand by age ten”.
An invitation was extended to our Junior School Prefects to attend and participate in the in-country dialogue session.
It was indeed another unique learning experience for our Prefects and we look forward to seeing them share their gained knowledge with their peers as inspired leaders.
