One of our educational objectives as a school is to provide a nurturing, secure, clean and friendly learning environment where students can grow intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically.

With over 50 shrubs and plants, 25 different types of trees and 15 different types of palms, our school compound has gradually become an African oasis of multiple plants thanks to our hardworking gardeners.

The trees, plants, flowers and lawns at GIS are nicely tended everyday, providing a wonderful environment and an enjoyable atmosphere for staff, students, parents and even random visitors to connect with nature. In such an environment, learning, teamwork, and social skills are made conducive and it encourages everyone to have a sense of respect for the environment.

We at GIS are grateful and would like to say a big Ayekoo to all our fantastic gardeners who ensure that we always walk into a calm and luscious environment! We appreciate you!
